Terms of service
Last updated: October 6, 2026
These terms are a translation for convenience. In case of differences, the German version of our AGB applies.
1. Scope
These terms apply to all contracts between Moses Imran Kümmeth, trading as Anblar, Johannesstraße 2, 91315 Höchstadt, Germany (“Anblar”, “we”) and users of our apps and web services, currently Lengely (the “Services”). Individual Services may have additional terms, which we show before you sign up.
2. The Services
We provide consumer software for the web and mobile devices. The features of each Service are described in the Service itself. Services marked as beta are under active development; features may change, be added or be removed. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, for example during maintenance.
3. Account
Some features require an account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account; from 1 December 2026, the minimum age is 16. You must provide accurate information and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Free and paid plans
- The price and billing period of a paid plan are shown before you buy. The price shown at checkout is the final price and includes any VAT that applies.
- Payments are processed by Stripe, or by Apple or Google for purchases made through their app stores.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period unless you cancel before the end of the current period.
- You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. See our Refunds & cancellation policy.
5. Price changes
We will tell you about price changes for an existing subscription at least 30 days before they take effect. Changes apply from the next billing period. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details and the model withdrawal form are in our Refunds & cancellation policy.
7. Your content and conduct
You keep all rights to the content you create (such as challenges, posts and images). You grant us a non-exclusive, free licence to store, display and share this content within the Services, as far as needed to run them, for example to show a public challenge to other participants. You must not post illegal or offensive content, infringe the rights of others, manipulate results or misuse the Services. We may remove content that breaks these rules and suspend accounts in serious or repeated cases. To report content or behaviour, use the report function in the app or email reports@anblar.com.
8. Licence
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes for the duration of the contract.
9. Warranty
The statutory provisions on digital products apply (§§ 327 et seq. BGB). We provide the updates required to keep the Services in conformity with the contract.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations (obligations whose fulfilment makes proper performance of the contract possible and on which you may regularly rely), limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Otherwise, our liability is excluded.
11. Term and termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate free accounts with 30 days’ notice. The right of either party to terminate for good cause remains unaffected.
12. Changes to these terms
We will notify you of changes to these terms in good time. Changes that affect the main obligations of an existing contract require your consent.
13. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you habitually reside. We do not take part in consumer arbitration proceedings.
