Privacy policy

This policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit anblar.com or contact us. Our apps (such as Lengely) have their own privacy policies, which you can find inside each app and on its website.

2. What this website does not do

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising tools. Fonts and images are served from our own hosting, so your browser does not contact third-party font or image services.

3. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted on Firebase Hosting, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When you open a page, the hosting servers automatically process technical data your browser sends: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring URL, and browser and operating system information.

We need this data to deliver the website and keep it secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a stable, secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Google acts as our processor under a data processing agreement. Data may also be processed by Google LLC in the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and Standard Contractual Clauses apply in addition. Logs are kept only as long as needed for these purposes.

4. Contacting us

If you email or call us, we process the information you provide (such as your name, email address and message) to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract, and otherwise our legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Emails to our @anblar.com addresses are received by our domain provider Name.com, Inc. (Denver, USA) and delivered to our mailbox at Google (Gmail). Both act as processors; transfers to the USA are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses and, where certified, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We delete your messages once they are no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply.

5. Purchases in our apps

Paid plans in our apps are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, D02 H210, Ireland, or by Apple or Google for in-app purchases. Card details are entered directly with the payment provider and never reach us. Details are in the privacy policy of the app concerned.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15)
• have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16)
• have your data erased (Art. 17)
• restrict processing (Art. 18)
• receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20)
• object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21)
• withdraw any consent you have given, with effect for the future (Art. 7(3))

To exercise these rights, email privacy@anblar.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.

7. Automated decisions

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

8. Changes

We update this policy when our website or the law changes. The current version is always available on this page.
